1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using TRAXEN products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

TRAXEN provides GPS tracking devices and software services including real-time tracking, alerts, and reports. Service availability depends on network, device condition, and subscription status.

3. Subscription & Validity

  • Services are provided based on selected plan (1 year / 2 year / etc.)
  • Service will automatically stop after expiry
  • Renewal is required to continue service

4. Device Usage

  • Device must be installed and used properly
  • SIM card and network quality affect performance
  • Tampering or misuse may lead to service issues

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Location data is dependent on GPS and network. TRAXEN does not guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

TRAXEN is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle theft or loss
  • Data delays or inaccuracies
  • Network failure or downtime
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

7. User Responsibility

User agrees to:

  • Use the system legally
  • Not misuse tracking features
  • Protect login credentials
  • Provide correct information

8. Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing may change without prior notice

9. Service Suspension

TRAXEN reserves the right to suspend service if:

  • Payment is not completed
  • Misuse or illegal activity is detected
  • System abuse or security risk occurs

10. Third-Party Services

TRAXEN may use third-party services (maps, servers, SMS). We are not responsible for third-party failures.

11. Warranty

  • Device warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only
  • Physical damage, water damage, or tampering is not covered

12. Data Usage

User data is handled as per Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data.

13. Changes to Terms

TRAXEN may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
